Clay Gardenhire
PRESIDENT
Clay is a seasoned leader across construction, staffing, and highly regulated industries, recognized for building high-performing teams and strengthening operations through long-term client partnerships. His leadership philosophy prioritizes people first and results always.
Over two decades in occupational health and safety have placed him at the helm of large-scale industrial and utility environments, from mega projects to storm restoration. At LiveSAFE Solutions, Clay is focused on aligning talent with client needs, solving complex challenges at scale, and ensuring safety remains at the center of every project.
Bernie Sobol
EXECUTIVE VP, CONSTRUCTION
Over the course of his career, Bernie has built and led major construction programs across utility transmission, distribution, substations, and civil construction, supported by more than 25 years in the industry and 18+ years in executive leadership roles. His background includes senior positions at Burns & McDonnell, Irby Construction, Quanta Services, and PAR Electrical Contractors, where he championed safety, operational excellence, and client partnership.
As EVP of Construction, Bernie will lead LiveSAFE’s construction operations and growth strategy, further strengthening our commitment to safety, quality, and execution at scale.
Jamecia Milton
VP, FINANCE
Jamecia is a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in data analytics, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supported by more than a decade of leadership experience. Her background in GAAP and IFRS compliance, audit oversight, and financial reporting has consistently reinforced accuracy, integrity, and sound financial stewardship.
Throughout her career, she has led transformative initiatives that improved operational efficiency, strengthened compliance, and introduced smarter, scalable processes.
Bathilda Hsu
CHIEF BRAND OFFICER
Bathilda is LiveSAFE’s Chief Brand Officer, where she leads the company’s brand and marketing strategy across identity, messaging, digital presence, and creative direction.
She brings more than a decade of experience across art direction, brand strategy, and digital marketing and is known for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Her background includes leading brand launches, rebrands, and scalable content systems that drive engagement and long-term growth.
At LiveSAFE, Bathilda plays a key role in positioning the company as a modern, purpose-driven leader as it continues to scale nationwide.
Andy Legg
DIRECTOR, SAFETY
Andrew Legg serves as Safety Director at LiveSAFE Solutions, overseeing safety strategy and execution across complex electrical, utility, and infrastructure projects nationwide.
He brings more than 15 years of experience strengthening safety programs, driving regulatory compliance, and partnering with field and executive teams to deliver work safely and efficiently. His background includes leading high-risk operations aligned with OSHA, MSHA, and NFPA standards.
At LiveSAFE, Andrew plays a key role in advancing the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence as it continues to scale.
Shane Bynum
VP, BIZ DEV & CONSTRUCTION
Shane brings more than 25 years of experience across electric utility transmission, distribution, and substation construction, with a career spanning from Journeyman Lineman to executive leadership. Known for his field credibility, relationship-driven approach, and operational rigor, he has led complex programs across multi-state utility environments.
As VP of Business Development & Construction, Shane will lead strategic growth initiatives while supporting LiveSAFE’s construction operations as the company continues to scale.
Mac Dunn, Jr.
PROJECT MANAGER
Known for delivering complex programs in high-reliability environments, Mac supports LiveSAFE’s mission-critical infrastructure work as a Project Manager across data centers, power generation and distribution, substations, healthcare, utilities, and advanced MEP systems.
Most recently, Mac led major hyperscale and Microsoft data center programs, overseeing projects from design through commissioning and closeout, including multi-hundred-million-dollar initiatives and EPC delivery of substation and transmission infrastructure. A licensed Master Electrician and former electrical estimator, he brings a hands-on technical perspective that strengthens planning, risk management, and execution.
Sonya Gardenhire
VP, CORPORATE SERVICES
Sonya is a dynamic, results-driven business leader whose experience spans operations, finance, staffing, and administration across multiple industries. She has been instrumental in building LiveSAFE from the ground up, overseeing recruitment, payroll, benefits, vendor relationships, and driving meaningful cost savings and efficiency gains.
Focused on cultivating productive, people-first workplaces, Sonya brings a powerful combination of vision, operational rigor, and a commitment to excellence. Her leadership will be central to strengthening LiveSAFE’s corporate operations as we continue to grow.
